Mr. Comer is the owner of Comer & Associates Real Estate, Parkwood Inn and Voltec International.   He has served the lodging industry for more than 20 years, beginning his career building the hotel and condo association market within the telecommunications industry.  In 2002, Mr. Comer started his own real estate business, Comer & Associates and has enjoyed a great success in the brokerage hotels. 

The experience of owning and managing a hotel has added to Mr. Comers expertise as a hotel broker, giving him a first hand knowledge of operations, development, construction, renovations and purchasing. 

Mr. Comer has been the broker for a variety of clients, including the Howard Johnson, the Holiday Inn, the Inlet Towers, and the Long House Alaska.  In addition to the many independent owners of hotels ranging in size from 15 rooms to 250 rooms throughout Alaska that he helped serve.

In a world that is fast paced and personal service is hard to find, Mr. Comer prides himself on providing honest, personal attention that builds loyal clients.  Mr. Comer serves his community by his involvement in his church, Faith Christian Community and serves with other ministries within Alaska and North Carolina.

Since 1995, Mr. Comer has served on the board of the Alaska Hotel & Lodging Association, and is currently serving as Chairman.  He is committed to be a leading voice and resource for Alaska’s lodging industry.
